14-day refund window
Page Jarvis is offered by HBP. If you purchased Page Jarvis through our checkout, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date.
How refunds are handled
Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy and applicable law. If your purchase was processed by Paddle, the request may be reviewed and processed through Paddle as merchant of record.
How to request a refund
For refund questions, contact support@pagejarvis.com within the 14-day refund window and include the email address used at checkout plus any relevant purchase details.
After the refund window
Refund requests made after fourteen (14) days from the transaction date are not eligible under this policy unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Chargebacks and disputes
If there is a billing problem, contact us first so we can review it. Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
